DIY Heart-Shaped Photo Collage Wall Art

Heart-shaped photo wall art !

I have a new favorite thing in my office! It’s my Instagram heart photo display. Today, I’m going to walk you through how I did it, but feel free to let me know in the comments any tweaks or tips you might have discovered!

Supplies:

  1. 47 pictures (you can play around and use more or less, mine used in example are square Instagram photos, 4 in. x 4 in. ). To make the process easier, I printed my photos using Printstagram. They charge around $24 for 48 prints.
  2. Tape (Clear, double-sided, Washi… your call!)

Estimated time: 30 min.

Let’s Get Started:

Design template to create picture perfect wall art

To begin, I selected 47 of my favorite images and quotes that I know will keep me inspired every time I look up from my desk. I laid the images out on the floor using the above template so that I could see what it would look like before hanging.

Note: I installed my wall art on the corner of my office to give it extra dimension.

measuring tape 3

To begin installation I measured from the top most part of the heart to the bottom point of the heart (3 ft.). Taking that measurement, I held my tape measure up to the section of the wall I intended to install it on to determine where my starting point should be.

Note: I began taping the middle of the fourth row outwards first to help keep everything centered. I left a 1/2 in. space in between each picture.

Tada! The final product!

Display your memories in the shape of a heart on your wall!
